One of the most popular offerings at the Zen Den are my Sound Healing  1:1 therapy sessions. Before we dive deep into the healing we will begin by exploring the emotions currently present in your life, identifying what you wish to release, and identify what you need more of. Once I understand your unique needs, we will start our session by grounding you in the space through a guided breathwork meditation. I will tailor you a blend of essential oils and cleansing tools to help calm the mind before we begin. I use various Tibetan and Crystal bowls that I will place on and around your body to balance, harmonize, and cleanse  chakras. All of my bowls and individually tuned to the 7 chakras. This session lasts 75 minutes and is ideally to be booked in alignment with the new and full moon cycles of the lunar calendar. I believe that harnessing the energies of the moon significantly enhances these special treatments.

Join me for 28 days of practicing simple yet powerful guided magical rituals that you can perform in your own space.

If you’re looking to deepen your connection to the universe and explore various ways to manifest abundance, protection, wealth, self-love, and much more, this is for you!

Throughout these 28 days, you’ll engage in a diverse range of daily teachings at your own pace. You will be sent a message daily that will give you a ritual aligned with the moon cycle. Your daily message will also give you insight as to what astrological events are taking place and how to best navigate the energy.

Depending on the day and the moon’s position, some practices will be scheduled for the evening while others will take place first thing in the morning. Each day will present a unique opportunity to experiment with different rituals. Here are just a few examples of what you can look forward to:

  • Singing your spells (with words to chant aloud to the
    spirit)
  • Utilizing kitchen herbs and spices to attract wealth
  • Feng Shui techniques to arrange your living space for better energy flow and to eliminate obstacles

Additionally, you will receive a card reading once a week offering you guidance for the week ahead.

All of the above readings will require you to send me a recent photo of yourself so that I can connect with your energy. Readings are sent within 7 days of booking via Whatssap.

You can either have your reading sent to you on whatssap with a picture of your chosen cards you will then receive a voice note from myself sharing with you everything that I have channelled through from your energy.
