‘Rainbow’ is a 75 minute session focused on cleansing and balancing all 7 chakras using touch, breathe, sound healing and somatic release.
This treatment will require some before and after lifestyle adjustments to keep the energy flowing and is perfect if you want something to get you started for a complete emotional re set. Just like a snake we have to shed old skins so we can move ahead with more freedom and less resistance.
Emotional Therapy Reading Ritual

Emotional Therpay Tarot Reading Ritual- This session is in person, when you arrive you will be welcomed into the zen den with a herbal medicine tea tailored to your emotional needs. Our session will take place in my spiritual sanctuary which will ensure you a peaceful environment to relax in for your reading. Our time together will begin with an opening prayer to call upon your ancestors and spirit guides to ask them to guide us ahead. I will ask you what it is that you need from your reading and let spirit and the cards take over from there. Once you have pulled your spread of cards I will be your be your channel, which simply means I will translate and share with you all the message that they have. Depending on your life path we can tailor your reading to receive messages from your mind, body and soul giving us a clear understanding of what lies ahead and what you need to be focusing on to follow your destiny. After the card reading I will give you a ritual to practice to release anything that you wish to let go of.
Lady Bird Package

The Ladybird: This package includes a 45 minute tarot reading which will give you insight into what is not being seen, what needs to be released and what is to come. Together we will then perform a magic ritual which will align your energy to connect to the outcome you desire through manifestation. After your reading I will then cleanse your energy using tools and sound. Finishing your experience with a full body Ayurvedic hot oil massage, treating the face, scalp, neck, shoulders, back, legs and feet. This experience is designed to put you back into alignment mentally, physically and emotionally raising your vibration leaving you with clarity on how to move ahead.
The Peacock Package

The Peacock: This package is perfect if you are wanting to retreat from the outside world and journey within for a mini retreat day just for yourself. Your day will start with a herbal medicine ritual tea whilst we speak about what you need from your time with me, I will then guide you through a 1:1 restorative yoga flow finishing with a charka cleanse meditation and pranayama. Once you are laying in shavasana your final resting pose I will then place 7 charka sound bowls on and around your body for a Full moon sound therapy session to balance your energy flow. The next stage is a full body auyvedic massage which will treat your scalp, face, neck, shoulders, back, legs and feet. Once you have floated back to earth we will finnish your experience with an angel card reading.
Earth and Sky Massage
75 minutes just for you.
This treatment is a full body massage using rose and lavender oil. This massage Involves gentle sound around the third eye and root charka to connect you to the Earth and Sky, a full body cleanse using smoke and florida water and then a deeply relaxing massage for the whole body including face, scalp and feet. Leaving you feeling centred, calm and a deep sense of connection to your intuition and physical body. I highly recommend this treatment if you suffer with overthinking and anxiety.
Birth Chart Reading
75 minutes of re remembering why you are here.
Have you ever wondered why you are here, what your soul came here to do and do you believe that there’s so much more to you than your sun sign? This reading is the gateway to self awareness and I believe self awareness is a super power! This is one of my most favourite sessions to hold, as understanding this sacred knowledge is truly life changing and can really help you understand yourself and others through a deeper level of awareness. In this session we will together take a look at your upcoming yearly transits, this will help us to predict what your themes are in the path ahead and how you can best navigate them.
There is not one area of life in your birth chart that is unseen. If you are unsure of your purpose this session will most definitely give you answers.

Dive Deep

This treatment combines a guided slow restorative Yin Yoga practice using blankets a pillows to support your body. The yin yoga and breathe work will begin to slow down the mind and relax the nervous system.
You will then be given a full body massage using warm oil that is blended with herbs to target pain in the physical body. This massage is perfect for you if you carry a lot of tension and feel the weight of carrying around others or your past. This is the ultimate release as I will use a very strong pressure to relieve any tightness you are holding, this includes the face and scalp. Before we begin your session together we set an intention of a memory you want to release from the past. This is a process of letting go of the old to welcome in new life.
Ebb and Flow Sound Bath
60 minutes just for you.
Do you experience what feels like a tidal wave of emotions? In Astrology the Moon is the planet in the sky that governs our inner world our emotional body, so when she is full or at her darkest phase also known as the New moon we feel it internally. Just like the moon pulls the tides of our oceans in and out it’s no different to our emotions.
This treatment will give you the space and energy that you need to loose your mind and come back to your body. You will be laid out on the Earth with lots of blankets and cushions to keep you comfortable whilst I play Crystal and Tibetan sound bowls on and around your body. The main intention of this session is to allow your energy to flow freely and to ground you so that you can feel into the ebb and flow of the moon cycles rather than resist them. This treatment is best on or around the new and full moons for a more powerful session.
