I am writing this blog on Wednesday 9th April 2025, my website has been in the process of being born for what feels like forever! But now we are so close and I am so happy in knowing that you are reading this live! If you have followed my Instagram page for a while you will know I live my life according to the movement of the planets, I am an astrology lover and it feels very aligned with the planet Mercury now direct that things finally feel like they can move forwards in my life. I don’t know about you but for me personally life has felt like challenge after challenge recently, I have felt so disconnected to my business this past year and although I’ve had the time of my life travelling the world in love, just recently I have felt something has been missing. That something is connection. In my late 20s my business was my main priority, every morning I would wake up and straight away want to reach for my phone to plan for my next event, book in appointments and get organised for the day ahead, although at that stage in my life my business was thriving my love life was not. I was in a really unhappy relationship and felt like the only pleasure I was receiving was from my work.

Well, I turned 30 and that all changed. My relationship of 4 years ended, I met an amazing new partner and it felt like my life changed over night. My business although I was still working was now more in the background and my love life was lit!

I went off to India alone for a month not long after these big changes taking place to study yoga in the Himalayans, which was one of the most elibarating experiences of my life! I came home and spent the rest of 2024 having fun, deepening my new relationship and ended up moving to be with her in London for three days a week where I have been teaching yoga. Now as I am sat here writing this blog I realise how quickly life can shift. Although I have still been working alognside having a lot of fun, I have missed so much holding space for group events.

I have recently released a date for my first SOUND2SOUL event of the year which will be on April 24th 6.30pm, I am so grateful as this event is already 2 spaces away from being fully booked. This is what lights me up, this is what I have been missing. Community connection. I believe there is a time and place for everything in our lives and although I welcome lots of fun in my year ahead I am also so ready to get back doing what I love the most.
